Hi,
Just a quick post, to see how to increase hard disk from the vSphere Web Client interface.
Warning: if you increase EagerZeroed hard drive via the web interface these hard drive will be transformed into LazyZeroed! If you want to stay with a EagerZeroed hard drive you do increase it via command line.
How to increase hard disk ?
- The first step is to:
1. select the VM you wish to increase,
2. go to the “Manage” tab,
3. then “VM Hardware”,
4. finally “Edit”
- Here you have to find the disk you want to increase
- Then we write the new size required for this hard disk and we validate by clicking OK!
